Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico & International Customers - High Horse Performance sells and ships product to anywhere in the world but the shipping prices contained in this site are tailored to shipments within the Continental US only. Extra shipping fees may be incurred for shipments outside of the Continental US. In order for us to keep our listed prices as low as possible, this is a requirement and we apologize for any inconvenience this may incur. We recommend that you email or call our sales team prior to making any purchase for delivery outside of the continental US.
Warranties: High Horse Performance, Inc. does not and cannot provide warranties, actual or implied, for any manufacturer's product or services. Warranties are provided by the manufactures and are handled between the manufacturer and customer directly. Most parts come with Manufacturer warranty cards which are required to be filled out and sent in to the manufacturer by the customer at time of receipt of product. No products should be shipped back to High Horse Performance, Inc. or it's warehouses without prior permission and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. High Horse Performance is always willing to assist their customers with the warranty process but is limited in action by the manufacturers and cannot mandate or affect any changes to the manufacturer's warranty policies actual or implied.
Refunds and Returns: ALL refunds and returns are at the discretion of HHP and/or the manufacturer. Returns will not be accepted 30 days after purchase date. All returns must be received in new/uninstalled condition in the original packaging. RESTOCKING FEES WILL APPLY. No products should be shipped back to High Horse Performance or its warehouses without prior permission and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Once a return is received, it may take 24-48 hours for the return to be processed and credit issued.
Order Cancellation: Order cancellations are handled on a case by case basis. CANCELLATION FEES MAY APPLY. Cancellation fees are at the discretion of High Horse Performance. Orders that have shipped cannot be cancelled.
